Built for freelancers who got tired of chasing payments.
Most invoicing tools are built for businesses with finance teams. They’re bloated, confusing, and they want a piece of every payment. Indian freelancers needed something different — focused, fast, and free of payment-processor games.
Why this exists
The single biggest cash-flow problem for Indian freelancers isn’t pricing or finding clients — it’s waiting 30, 60, even 90 days to get paid for work already delivered. Hours every month go into writing the same awkward “just-following-up” emails. Existing tools either don’t do reminders well, or charge ₹999+/month for features you don’t need, or quietly take 2% of every payment.
invoicely does one thing well: helps you send GST-compliant invoices and get paid faster, without taking a single rupee from your invoices. We make money the boring way — a flat ₹399/month subscription. That’s it.
What we believe
- Your money is yours. We never touch customer payments. Your client pays you directly via UPI, bank, PayPal, or any other method. We’re a document tool, not a payment processor — same legal category as Microsoft Word.
- Defaults beat features. Reminders run on day 3, 7, 14, 30 because that’s what works. GST splits CGST + SGST or IGST automatically. You don’t configure things you shouldn’t have to.
- Indian freelancers first. GSTIN format, HSN/SAC codes, fiscal-year invoice numbering, TDS handling, IFSC validation — built-in, not bolted on.
- Direct communication, no support tickets. Email us — every message gets read. If you find a bug or want a feature, you’ll hear back the same day.
Get in touch
invoicely is built by a small team in India. Every Indian freelancer we know has the same complaint about getting paid — we wanted a tool that didn’t treat them like a four-person agency, didn’t take a cut of their invoices, and actually chased clients on their behalf without them having to remember.
